Building Update

We’re pleased to provide you with an update on the progress of our new buildings. Here's a summary of the key milestones.

We successfully obtained approval from both the State and Council for our building plans. This crucial step ensures that we can move forward with the construction phase according to the approved plans.

Soil sampling, a critical step in understanding the ground conditions for construction, has been conducted.

An on-site Project Manager has been enlisted by ACC’s National Building Development Team to oversee the construction process. This individual will play a key role in coordinating various aspects of the project, ensuring that it progresses smoothly and according to the established timeline. 

We have been pleased and amazed at our increased enrolment numbers, and are working hard to ensure safety, comfort and suitable learning spaces for our students whilst we wait for our new classrooms to be ready to use. Based on the progress made so far, we estimate that the new buildings will be ready for occupation sometime during Term 3.
