Term 3 marks a new beginning for all year groups, each engaging in unique Project-Based Learning (PBL) initiatives.
Years 5 and 6 investigate tsunamis, particularly the mega-tsunami that struck Western Australia thousands of years ago, leaving heavy mineral sands along the WA coastlines.

The Year 7 class is diving into the history of Western Australia's gold rush. They will explore the development of the water pipeline from Mundaring to Kalgoorlie and the creation of Kalgoorlie’s Super Pit, known as the Golden Mile.

Years 8 and 9 are exploring future food production through sustainable practices, specifically the production of green ammonia as a fertiliser.

We look forward to seeing the creative and high-quality Project Components (PCs) our students will produce.
