Protecting our Habitats

Our Year 3 and 4 students have been learning about protecting habitats in HASS. We explored the importance of environments, including natural vegetation, to animals and people through sustainability and its meaning. We looked at the impact of global issues such as overfishing, pollution, deforestation, plastic pollution and the overuse of our resources. The students then chose a topic they felt the strongest about and created a poster to encourage them to support sustainability.
